I can't say enough about our wonderful agent Kim Rivera! We weren't sure who we were going to use to help my daughter find her forever home, but as soon as we met Kim we felt really good about how she conducted herself and how truthful she was when looking at homes! We not only have a great agent but we also have a new friend! My daughter will soon be in her new home and I am happy to say it's all because of Kim's unprecedented professionalism and upbeat attitude even when we added more homes onto the list we already had to see.

Fred listed commercial land for me. We were able to get an offer and contract within three weeks in a less than excellent market from a developer who had experience in the immediate area.
The contract called for up to two years to close due to the rezoning process and working through planning and building departments for a 23 unit townhouse development. The land closed in 18 months.
All during the process Fred kept me informed.
